Adulting 101: First Apartment Essentials Checklist

Whether you’re moving out straight from home or upgrading from a dorm room, there’s nothing sweeter than scoring your first apartment.

And the best thing about that first apartment is making it your own. Personalizing your space with the furniture, art and style that is all you. That’s the fun part.

What’s not so fun is having to buy all those little every day necessities. Shopping for sheets, toothbrush holders and toilet plungers isn’t too sexy. But you’re going to need them (especially the first time your roommate clogs your toilet up).
